'io' was Douglas September's second release with Gold Circle. Released in fall 1999, it was predominiantly recorded in Los Angeles, USA with some re-mixing and overdubbing performed in Ithaca, NY and also features music written and recorded in LA that same year for the Ron Moler film 'The Runner'.
